Paris 2024: Look forward to a wonderful performance from Harry Stacey& Ralph Quaye

Founder of Marlins Swim Club, Ralph Quaye, is expecting a wonderful performance from Ghana’s Olympian, Harry Stacey, ahead of Stacey’s debut run in the 2024 Olympic Games.

Stacey is one of two Ghanaian swimmers representing Ghana at the 2024 Paris Games and is scheduled to compete in the Men’s 100 Metre Freestyle Heat on Tuesday, July 30 at 9:15 GMT.

The former Marlins Club swimmer says he expects to set a new national record and communicated that he is excited to compete in his debut Olympics. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

For Quaye, the swimming administrator stated how proud he is of Stacey’s journey from Ghana to the Olympics after competing in the 2023 ChannelOne TV National Swimming Championship.

“He is incredibly proud of the opportunity to represent Ghana for the Olympics but I think his training over the years has prepared him for this opportunity.”

“Of course, it’s a big stage so there will be some nerves but I think he is calm and ready to conquer and give us his best so we should look forward to a wonderful performance from Harry Stacey.”

Fellow swimmer Joselle Mensah will represent Ghana in Paris in the Women’s 50 Metre Freestyle heat on August 3.
