Thomas Partey not bothered by Black Stars captaincy decision GFA

Ghana Soccer Association (GFA) Communications Director, Henry Asante Twum, has brushed off any issues over Thomas Partey losing the Sad Stars captaincy, insisting that the Arsenal midfielder is centered on the team’s success.

“It’s not a field for Thomas Partey that he’s now not the Sad Stars captain. It’s not about particular person aspirations,” Asante Twum said on Sporty FM.

Partey, who previously served as deputy captain to Andre Ayew, has opted out of any management role at some level of the team.
