POSITION: Regional Administration Officer
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as a Regional Administration Officer for the Supply Chain Department. (S)He will report to the Facilities Manager and will oversee the provision of logistical support services for the company’s growth in the territory
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management
- Manage all shops in the Accra, Eastern, Central, and Volta areas.
- Conduct a monthly review and report on all facilities’ health and safety measures.
- In charge of maintaining the company’s facilities in Accra and surrounding areas.
- Manage all associated services and contracts for office buildings.
- Maintain a clean and workable atmosphere.
- Coordinate and oversee all civil, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work projects in the shops and headquarters.
- Ensure the timely service and maintenance of all backup generators and HVAC systems in the shops.
- Responsible for managing office space (desk layout)
- Responsible for garbage management.
- Ensure the secure and proper recording of firm assets and their transit. Support Services
- Oversees the efficient management of courier services (domestic and international).
- Responsible for the continuous and uninterrupted delivery of utilities within the shops (water, electricity).
- Ensure that all generator sets inside the shops are maintained, serviced, and supplied with fuel, as well as fuel optimized, with monthly reports on run hours and fuel utilized.
- Ensure that all business units within the territory are properly licensed (B.P.O., Property Rate, Fire Certificates, etc.).
Finance and Reporting
- Create an accrual report for all spending within the shops.
- Manage the General Admin budget for routine shop repairs, as well as maintain and offer budgetary input.
- Ensures that all expenses are within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree or equivalent educational background in administration.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
- At least two years of experience in service delivery (practical problem-solving).
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in facility management and general maintenance.
Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge
- Demonstrates practical thinking and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
Location: Accra.
