Worn Ghana goalkeeper Abukari Damba has hailed Benjamin Asare’s upward thrust within the Unlit Stars, describing him as a sure player alive to to leave a mark on the nationwide team.

“Benjamin Asare has proven beyond doubt that he’s hungry and needs to invent a mark within the Unlit Stars,” Damba acknowledged on Sporty FM.

The 32-twelve months-ragged goalkeeper, who earned his first nationwide team call-up following a standout season within the Ghana Premier League, has justified his desire with two consecutive keen sheets in Ghana’s 2026 World Cup qualifiers towards Chad and Madagascar.
