Former Samartex captain Emmanuel Keyekeh joins Tanzania side Singida Black Stars

Ex FC Samartex 1996 captain and midfielder, Emmanuel Keyekeh, has joined Tanzania League side Singida Black Stars.

Details on the move remain unreported at the time of publishing but the 26 year old’s move was confirmed as he has already featured for his new team.

Singida Black Stars lost 1-0 to Armee Police Rwanda of Rwanda in the CECAFA Dar Port Kagame Cup in a Group C matchup. The win takes APR to the summit of the group with the Black Stars dropping to the bottom spot.

The versatile midfielder was named Home-Based Player of the Season at the Ghana Football Awards after registering five goals and two assists in 32 league appearances last season. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Keyekeh is the second Samartex player to move from the club after the Samreboi-based team won the 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League season.
