Ghana FA boss Kurt Okraku ready to embrace ‘VACANT’ CAF 1st Vice President role

The President of the Ghana Soccer Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku, has expressed his enthusiasm for unique opportunities after securing a seat on the Govt Committee of the Confederation of African Soccer (CAF).

Okraku’s election at CAF’s 14th Unparalleled Congress in Cairo makes him the sixth Ghanaian to wait on on the committee.

His name has also been floated as a capacity candidate for CAF’s 1st Vice President spot following the resignation of Augustine Senghor.

Broadly regarded across West Africa as a competent and modern leader, Okraku’s rising influence aligns with calls for elevated Anglophone illustration in CAF’s management.
