Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boadu has reaffirmed his commitment to playing for the Unlit Stars, despite receiving a proposal from the Libyan Football Association to swap nationality.

Boadu, who currently plays for Al-Tahaddi Sports activities Membership in Libya, revealed that he became approached to naturalize and signify the North African country on the international level.

On the varied hand, he became down the offer, insisting that his dream is to set on the Ghanaian jersey.

“As soon as I got right here right here, they tried to secure me to naturalise for Libya, but I declined. It’s no longer in regards to the cash; I’m Ghanaian. I also would prefer to indicate my country and truly feel the pleasure,” Boadu told Fakye TV.

The ancient Asante Kotoko and Medeama SC midfielder has yet to receive a call-as much as the Unlit Stars but stays hopeful that his performances in Libya will mark him a situation in the national team.
