POSITION: Student Recruitment & Marketing Manage/Officer 

NIBS is a boutique business school in Accra, Ghana. NiBS is looking for two motivated and dynamic professionals to join its Student Recruitment and Marketing team. Your major responsibility will be to create and implement successful marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, and events that will attract and enroll high-quality students in our doctoral and master’s programs. The appointees will play a critical role in advancing this activity to assist the expansion of the university’s postgraduate student population from Ghana and beyond the region.

Responsibilities

In this full-time on-site position, the key roles include:

• Advising and recruiting potential students to achieve enrollment goals.
• Advising students on program prerequisites, and completing their application and enrollment processes.
• Creating and delivering informative presentations on NIBS programs to prospective students and candidates.
• Maintain good communication with prospective students to resolve their enrollment-related inquiries and concerns.
• Collaboration with professors and administration to improve the student experience during the recruitment process.
• Analyzing student recruitment data and making recommendations for improvements to student recruiting processes and methods.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong marketing and business development skills, ideally in education, student recruitment, insurance, or other service-related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with executives at the C-level.
• Maintain an analytical mentality in order to understand data and deliver data-driven insights into marketing and student recruiting campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business development.
• A thorough understanding of the higher education student recruitment procedures.
• Willingness to work on a base pay plus performance bonuses.
