JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Basic 3 class teacher. The educator will be responsible for developing the curriculum, planning lessons, delivering instruction, and maintaining student records.
The ideal candidate should efficiently manage the classroom while creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere that captivates students’ interests across various subjects.
Effective communication with both students and colleagues is essential. The perfect candidate will have a sincere passion for teaching and the ability to connect with students, fostering relationships built on trust.
They will know how to organize lessons and create a learning experience that is both straightforward and impactful.
Requirements
- Curriculum Development and Teaching Skills in Early Childhood Education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and nurturing approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Diploma in Teacher Training, or a related credential National Educator Certification
- Knowledgeable in GES Standards-Driven Curriculum (2019) Trained in GES lesson planning techniques
- Proficient in digital tools
- Living in Ashalaja is a notable benefit, despite the availability of communal housing for teachers relocating from afar.
