POSITION: Graphics Producer 

• Minimum educational requirements: A first degree in graphic design, content creation, or a comparable subject.
• Minimum Relevant Work Expertise: At least two years of expertise in graphic production or design, as well as video editing.

Nestlé Business Services is presently seeking a Graphic Producer to oversee the creative and production aspects of Creative Content Adaptation and Localization. The scope of work will include creative (elements modification, creativity adaptation to brief, context, and format) and graphic design activities (retouching) on images to be used in banners, videos, Retail Digital Media, Point of Sale material, and adapting format/size to the various publishing channels.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Graphic Producer for the Content Factory, you will be responsible for creative content adaptation and localization with a market or business orientation.
• In the Content Hub (Nestle Digital Asset Management System), run day-to-day Creative Content Adaptation and Localization operations.
• Modify elements and tailor innovation to the brief, context, and format.
• Retouch photos for usage in banners, movies, retail digital media, and point-of-purchase materials.
• Adapt the format/size to the various publishing channels.
• Collaborate with the support team on problem solutions and tool enhancement.
• Collaborate with the Content Factory Project Manager and Graphic Production Lead.
• Create Point of Sale (POS), Retail Digital Media (RDM), and Videos by repurposing existing masterpieces to meet the order form requirements.
• It is recommended to edit videos and use simple motion and transition effects.

• Excellent understanding of digital, above-the-line (ATL), and below-the-line (BTL) advertising assets.
• Arrangement of files and folders; arrangement of layers and items inside files.
• Acknowledgments for deliverable files and final output (printers, web, social media).
• Ability to meet defined targets and timeframes.
• Presenting and sharing task results with clients.
• Knowledge of brand communication standards creation and management.
