Chedder to unveil the “New Six”

Independent candidate for president Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar has declared that he will be revealing the identities of six important figures associated with the New Force, a political movement he has been spearheading for the past 12 months.

On Friday, July 12, 2024, he made this statement at a news conference in Accra.

A new billboard titled “The New Six,” featuring himself at the middle and six masked characters surrounding him, has been published by him.

During the press conference on Friday, he disclosed that the masks would be taken off one by one to reveal those people’s names.

He clarified that the “New Six” idea stood for a new generation of intelligent, youthful leaders who were well-versed in a range of economic fields.

“We have a bold and revolutionary vision for Ghana. We see a country in which every area pauses with industrial life. Each one is a shining example of economic growth and innovation.

He highlighted that the movement’s goal is to unlock Ghana’s huge mineral and human potential by transforming all 16 regions into thriving industrial hubs. Regional industrial development is at the centre of this movement’s agenda.

According to Mr. Bediako, the change will boost prosperity outside of Accra, eliminate poverty, and provide millions of employment.

“A future where every Ghanaian can dream big and achieve greatness is what we are building,” he continued.

He has already formally announced that, due to his inability to register the New Force as a political party as of yet, he will run as an independent in the December presidential election.
