POSITION: Sales Executive

Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is seeking a Sales Executive for our Spintex Branch. If you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities for sales forecasting, and proficiency in MS Office, this role offers the opportunity to introduce pickups, SUVs, light trucks, heavy duty trucks, and machinery to customers across Ghana.

As a Sales Executive, you will not simply take orders; you will work closely with the national sales team to develop strategic sales plans, identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and drive revenue. Your Mission

You will introduce Zonda’s full range of vehicles to potential customers, clearly explaining features, pricing, and financing options. Your role includes proactively following up on leads from the marketing team and your own business development efforts, assisting in closing deals, and coordinating seamless vehicle delivery. Additionally, you will cooperate with marketing and after sales teams, collaborate with the Marketing Manager, drive sales of heavy and light duty vehicles, set up client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, prepare sales reports and forecasts, represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, and gather customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans sales, lead follow up, collaboration, reporting, event representation, and feedback collection. Here is what you will tackle:

Sales & Vehicle Introduction

  • You will introduce Zonda’s full range of vehicles including pickups, SUVs, light trucks, heavy duty trucks, and machinery to potential customers.
  • Clearly explaining features, pricing, and available financing options.

Lead Follow Up & Deal Closing

  • You will proactively follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and through your personal business development efforts.
  • Then, assisting in closing deals and coordinating seamless vehicle delivery to customers.

Collaboration

  • You will cooperate with the marketing and after sales teams at the Tema office to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Also, collaborating with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and external partners to align on marketing strategies and campaigns.

Client Meetings & Presentations

  • You will set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, actively listening to their needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Preparing and delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • You will create frequent sales reports, forecasts, and analyses using sales and financial data.
  • Identifying emerging marketing trends and key opportunities for product and service innovation.

Event Representation

  • You will represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences, primarily in Greater Accra and Eastern regions, with occasional travel.

Feedback Collection

  • You will gather feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal product, marketing, and service teams to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of working experience as a Sales Executive or Marketer. Experience in the automobile industry is strongly preferred.

Communication & Appearance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good personal appearance and strong interpersonal abilities.

Work Ethic & Analytical Skills

  • Proven ability to work in a target driven, high performance environment.
  • Competence in forecasting sales trends, identifying market challenges, and using data to drive decisions.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software gives you an added advantage.

Other Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is desirable but not mandatory.
