About Role

- Develop and refine the UKI long-term strategic plan

Requirements
- 3+ years in strategy consulting or 5+ years in an in-house strategy role
- Background in a major Strategy Consultancy or FMCG strategy function

- Proven ability to simplify complex business problems
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
- Confidence in presenting to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional engagement skills
