• Position: Warehouse Officer
• Location: Accra, Ghana

RoyalFair Industries continues to expand its operations across Ghana. Therefore, we need a sharp, detail focused Warehouse Officer to join our Accra team. This role offers you a chance to work in a fast paced environment where organization and accuracy drive everything.

What You Will Do Every Day

You will take full ownership of warehouse activities from the moment goods arrive until they leave for customers. Here is a breakdown of your daily responsibilities:

• Receive shipments like a pro. Assist with incoming deliveries, verify every item against purchase orders, and log receipts into our inventory system without delay.
• Inspect goods immediately. Check for damage, discrepancies, or defects. Then report any issues to the warehouse manager and coordinate directly with vendors for quick resolution.
• Keep inventory honest. Perform physical counts, cycle counts, and spot stock checks. Reconcile differences between physical stock and system data accurately.
• Prepare goods for storage or dispatch. Label, tag, and categorize items based on storage needs, product type, and final destination.
• Organize warehouse space smartly. Arrange shelves, racks, and storage areas to maximize space, improve accessibility, and boost efficiency.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders. Select items from inventory, assemble orders correctly, and prepare them for dispatch. Ensure every order leaves on time and error free.
• Load and unload safely. Handle trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Follow safety procedures and handling guidelines strictly.
• Monitor stock levels constantly. Alert the warehouse manager about low stock, overstock situations, or potential stockouts. This helps us order replenishments on time.
• Reconcile and adjust inventory. Document every movement, adjustment, and transfer in our inventory system. Maintain flawless records.

What You Must Bring

You need the right blend of education and hands on experience. Specifically:

• An HND or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between one and four years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem solving abilities and an eagle eye for detail.
