Job Duties

• Lead end to end SAP Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support projects across enterprise environments
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets

• Oversee SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management configuration and integration activities

• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and offshore resources
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, company policies, and industry standards

• Support change management, training, and post implementation stabilization efforts
• Manage third party vendors and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide leadership across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Eight plus years of IT experience with strong SAP payroll project delivery background
• At least five years of experience managing SAP HCM Payroll implementations
• Strong knowledge of payroll business processes and compliance frameworks
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules required
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience working with distributed and offshore development teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong risk management, problem solving, and organizational abilities
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is considered an advantage
