POSITION: Channel Sales Supervisor

As a leader in ceramics manufacturing and part of the global Keda Group, this company delivers world class tiles across Ghana and West Africa. Consequently, they need someone who can lead a sales team, smash targets, and keep customers coming back.

What You Will Own in This Role

You will do far more than assign territories. First, you will understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that boost satisfaction. Second, you will organize and manage schedules for sales representatives so every area receives full coverage. Third, you will research new leads using business directories, digital resources, and smart web searches.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Receiving and tracking sales leads while ensuring accurate reporting and rapid follow up
• Supervising and guiding sales representatives to exceed both individual and team targets
• Addressing customer inquiries and following up on potential leads to drive actual sales conversion
• Working closely with the sales team to track performance metrics and hit every goal
• Ensuring sales quotas and targets are consistently achieved month after month
• Providing coaching and support that helps representatives improve and surpass their own expectations

What You Bring to the Table

You need a strong educational foundation and real experience in building materials or construction. Furthermore, you must be willing to travel because ceramics sales covers wide territory.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Over 3 years of experience in building materials, construction, or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as needed across regions
• Ability to take critical, measurable initiatives that improve sales and operations
