POSITION: National Service Persons

Nestlé is seeking National Service Persons for a 12 month contract. If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and within a team, this role offers the opportunity to assist in day to day operations, support ongoing projects, collaborate cross functionally, participate in training programs, and uphold Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.

Your Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for assisting in day to day operations within your assigned department. Your role includes supporting ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks, collaborating cross functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities, and participating in Nestlé’s training programs, learning modules, and mentorship initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives, always upholding Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans operational support, project assistance, cross functional collaboration, training participation, and creative contribution. Here is what you will tackle:

Operational Support

• You will assist in day to day operations within your assigned department, learning how a global company runs.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Project Assistance

• You will support ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Providing data summaries, drafting reports, or coordinating project logistics.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• You will collaborate cross functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Attending meetings, sharing information, and completing cross departmental assignments.

Training Participation

• You will participate in Nestlé’s training programs, learning modules, and mentorship initiatives.
• Also, Building skills in communication, leadership, project management, and technical areas.

Creative Contribution

• You will contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives.
• Then, Suggesting process improvements, new content ideas, or efficiency measures.

What Makes You Successful

Minimum Educational Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Photography and Videography.
• Or an HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Eligibility

• Completed National Service eligibility requirements per local legislation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, balancing self direction with collaboration.
