Job Duties

• Lead employment compliance initiatives across state, federal, and local regulatory environments.
• Maintain and update internal policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Talent teams to strengthen compliance processes.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Design and deliver training programmes covering employment compliance topics and workplace practices.
• Serve as the main internal contact for compliance-related questions from employees and leadership.
• Coordinate immigration processes for non-immigrant and immigrant visa programmes.
• Support immigration filings across H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, J-1, and F-1 categories.
• Collaborate with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders on case management.
• Manage immigration budgets and monitor programme performance and spending trends.
• Provide employees and managers with guidance on immigration timelines, documentation, and case progress.
• Compile documentation for regulatory reporting and audit activities including employment-related filings.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and immigration workflows and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of Human Resources experience.
• Exposure to immigration programme management and employment compliance activities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment and immigration regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing projects and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Ability to interpret evolving compliance requirements and translate them into operational practices.
