POSITION: Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Teach courses in your subject area at the undergraduate level, preparing teaching and learning materials and assessing student work.
• Supervision: Supervise students’ projects, practicum, and other academic activities.
• Research: Undertake research and publish in reputable scholarly outlets.
• Curriculum Development: Participate in curriculum development and review.
• Committee Service: Serve on College committees and contribute to institutional administration.
• Community Engagement: Engage in community service and outreach activities.
• Institutional Support: Support the College’s mission and uphold its faith-based values.

What You Bring to the Role

• Qualifications: A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution. Applicants with an MPhil degree are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate qualifications in the respective field; teaching experience in a tertiary institution is an added advantage.
• Research: Evidence of research capability and scholarly potential.
• Personal Attributes: Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; high moral character and integrity with a commitment to the College’s Christian ethos.

Relevant Areas of Specialization

• English Language: English Language, Applied Linguistics, English Education, or related fields.
• Mathematics: Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related fields.
• ICT: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT Education, or related fields.
• Visual Arts: Visual Arts, Art Education, Graphic Design, Sculpture, Painting, Ceramics, Textiles, or related fields.
