Job Duties

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook by scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media and digital performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Draft internal communications such as staff announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Support media and public relations activities including press release drafting and media list management.
• Track media coverage and assist in reporting communication impact.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders based on analytics and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure content aligns with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, communications, or copywriting roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience using content management systems such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
