Job Requirements

• 12–15+ years of relevant consulting or workforce transformation experience
• Proven track record originating and converting major consulting deals
• Strong credibility working with C-suite executives and boards
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary transformation programmes
• Clear perspective on how AI is reshaping work and HR functions
• Strong commercial judgement managing engagement economics and risk
