The Mastercard AfOx Scholarship 2027 at Oxford University is a wonderful opportunity for bright and ambitious young Africans to study a fully funded master’s degree programme at one of the world’s top universities.

The University of Oxford, the Mastercard Foundation and the Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx) have formed a unique partnership to offer the scholarship. Requirements for the University of Oxford Mastercard AfOx Scholarship

1. Be an African National

• Applicants must be African citizens. This fellowship is designed to support promising young people anywhere on the African continent.

2. Apply for an eligible Oxford postgraduate course.

• Applicants must apply for an approved graduate degree at the University of Oxford using the university’s graduate admissions site.

3. Show interest in AfOx funding.

• In applying to study at Oxford, applicants need to specify that they wish to be considered for an AfOx studentship.

4. Meet the Oxford Course Requirements

• Applicants need to satisfy the academic and other entry requirements for the Oxford master’s course to which they are applying.

5. Consideration for Refugee and Displaced Applicants

• Consideration is given to appropriate residence for refugee and displaced background applicants in relation to the scholarship.
