Key Responsibilities

Your role spans guest service, operational support, and professional presentation. Here is what you will tackle:

Guest Engagement

• You will process operational needs quickly and efficiently, keeping guests happy and comfortable.
• Addressing guest requests with a warm,解决问题的态度 demonstrates your commitment to service.
• Completing reports accurately ensures smooth operations behind the scenes.
• Sharing highlights of the local area helps guests discover the best of their destination.

Professional Standards

• You will create a safe workplace by following all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality protects guest privacy and company assets.
• Upholding quality standards in everything you do reflects positively on our brand.
• Ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional at all times builds guest confidence.

Physical Demands

• You will spend your shift on your feet, moving around the property as needs arise.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods keeps you ready for any task.
• Taking a hands on approach means moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for candidates who meet these preferred qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome applicants ready to learn.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
