Your Mission

You will complete internal projects that deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements. Learning internal software will help you assist with project completion and tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross functional teams and other interns to interact and network with global business leaders. Applying HS&E standards and procedures in all situations ensures compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Your internship spans project delivery, software learning, cross functional collaboration, and safety compliance. Here is what you will tackle:

Project Delivery

• You will complete internal projects that deliver direct customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Presenting your results to teams and leaders builds your communication and presentation skills.

Software & Tools

• You will learn internal software to assist with completing projects and tasks efficiently.
• Applying your basic understanding of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams to real automation challenges.

Collaboration & Networking

• You will collaborate with cross functional teams and other interns, interacting and networking with global business leaders.
• Building relationships across functions exposes you to diverse perspectives and career pathways.

Safety & Compliance

• You will apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures in all situations, maintaining compliance and protecting yourself and your team.

What You Bring to the Role

Education & Academic Standing

• Current enrollment or recent graduation (within 2 years) in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A maintained GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.

Technical Knowledge

• A basic understanding of PLC programming languages including ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
• Familiarity with SCADA concepts and industrial communication protocols.
• A strong problem solving mindset and willingness to learn industrial automation tools.

Language & Legal Requirements

• Fluency in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Ghana without company sponsorship or time restriction.
