What You’ll Do
- Maintain and landscape properties using hand and power tools.
- Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers and blowers.
- Perform sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting and watering.
- Carry out digging, aerating, seeding, weeding, mulching and raking.
- Load, unload and transport materials as required.
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions across assigned worksites.

- Paid on‑the‑job training and supervision.
- Provision of tools, uniforms and safety equipment.
- Transportation between worksites when required.
- Employer‑covered H‑2B visa application support and related costs as specified by the employer.

- No minimum education or prior experience required; training is provided.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (about 23 kg) and perform outdoor manual work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability to work weekdays, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Meet U.S. H‑2B visa eligibility and documentation requirements (the employer will advise on these).
- Commitment to complete the full temporary employment period (1 April–31 October 2026).
