As an HR Analytics Officer, you will support our Human Resources function by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting HR data that drives decision making, workforce planning, and process improvement.
Your Mission
You will take responsibility for collecting, cleaning, validating, and maintaining HR data from multiple sources. Your role includes preparing HR reports and dashboards on recruitment, turnover, headcount, and other key HR metrics. Additionally, you will analyze HR trends and provide actionable insights to support workforce decisions. Maintaining HR databases, tracking recruitment and onboarding data, and ensuring confidentiality will be central to your success.

Your role spans data management, reporting, analysis, project support, and confidentiality. Here is what you will tackle:
Data Collection & Maintenance
- You will collect, clean, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring timely updates of employee information keeps our records reliable.
Reporting & Dashboards
- You will prepare HR reports and dashboards on recruitment, turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics, making data visible and actionable.
- Meeting reporting timelines and responding to ad hoc requests requires strong organizational skills.
Analysis & Insights
- You will analyze HR trends and provide insights to support workforce decisions, turning numbers into strategy.
- Interpreting HR data into actionable insights helps leadership understand what the data means for the business.
Project & Recruitment Support
- You will support HR projects through data analysis and reporting, providing evidence for proposed changes.
- Assisting in tracking recruitment and onboarding data helps measure hiring effectiveness and time to productivity.
Confidentiality & Consistency
- You will ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data, protecting sensitive information.
- Ensuring consistency of HR data across reports prevents conflicting numbers and confusion.

What You Bring to the Role
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- A minimum of three to four years of experience in data analysis, reporting, HR operations, or a related role.
- An HR background is not mandatory, but you must demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret HR data.
- Experience in the finance industry gives you an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula based analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
