Job Duties

• Providing senior clinical oversight and operational leadership across the Rochford healthcare site.
• Supporting high standards of patient care, safety, and service quality consistently.

• Advising healthcare teams regarding complex clinical situations and operational challenges effectively.

Job Requirements

• Leadership experience at the Band 6 level within inpatient healthcare settings successfully.
• Advanced clinical expertise involving complex operational and patient care situations regularly.
• Strong ability to assess clinical risks and implement appropriate healthcare interventions effectively.
• Extensive understanding of patient flow systems, care pathways, and healthcare access routes.
• Detailed knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related policy requirements.
• Working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills within healthcare environments consistently.
• Ability to work independently while managing complex healthcare responsibilities confidently.
