Job Duties

• Developing and maintaining the organization’s Disaster Recovery plans and documentation regularly.
• Defining disaster recovery standards and ensuring consistent implementation across IT services.
• Identifying recovery risks and supporting mitigation strategies for critical technology operations.
• Designing and delivering disaster recovery testing and validation programmes effectively.
• Coordinating recovery exercises while producing reports, findings, and improvement recommendations consistently.

• Reviewing third-party disaster recovery capabilities and outsourced service resilience regularly.

Job Requirements

• Professional experience within project management, infrastructure management, or IT assurance environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination, and delivery capabilities across multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Proven stakeholder management experience involving suppliers and senior organizational leaders effectively.
• Close attention to detail regarding documentation, reporting, and assurance-related operational activities.
