Job Duties

• Advising executive leadership regarding evolving healthcare regulations, billing standards, and compliance requirements consistently.
• Monitoring federal and state healthcare laws alongside CMS participation and commercial payor regulations successfully.
• Serving as the institutional expert for healthcare compliance, coding, billing, and regulatory guidance regularly.
• Coordinating compliance communication between clinical teams, operational leaders, and healthcare stakeholders consistently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree alongside seven years of progressively responsible management experience required.

• Minimum ten years’ healthcare industry experience involving compliance or healthcare administration successfully.
• At least five years’ experience within senior healthcare leadership or compliance management positions regularly.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare billing requirements consistently.
• Experience supporting governmental investigations, compliance audits, and regulatory agency interactions successfully.
• Proven expertise conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action implementation regularly.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare communication skills within complex organizations consistently.
• Certifications including CHC, CHPC, or CPC considered highly valuable for qualified applicants successfully.
