POSITION: Electrical Technician

TECH360 Limited is seeking a dedicated Electrical Technician to join our growing technical team. Your Mission

You will take responsibility for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment for residential and commercial clients. Your role includes performing electrical wiring, assisting with smart home device and CCTV installations, diagnosing electrical faults, and carrying out repairs. You will also follow safety procedures, work effectively with team members, and respond to service calls and client support requests when assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans installation, maintenance, diagnostics, collaboration, and client response. Here is what you will tackle:

Installation & Wiring

• You will perform electrical wiring and basic installations for residential and commercial clients, following specifications and codes.
• Assisting with installation of smart home devices, CCTV systems, and related electrical components, integrating technology seamlessly.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, keeping clients powered and protected.
• Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out repairs efficiently, minimizing disruption for clients.

Safety & Collaboration

• You will follow safety procedures and company standards during all installations, protecting yourself and the client’s property.
• Working effectively with other technicians and team members, sharing knowledge and dividing tasks.

Client Service

• You will respond to service calls and client support requests when assigned, arriving promptly and solving problems professionally.

What You Bring to the Role

Mandatory Requirements

• You must be between 24 and 35 years of age.
• You must be a qualified electrician, with training or certification to back your skills.
• Previous field or installation experience is mandatory, not optional.
• You must have practical experience in cabling work, including routing, terminating, and labeling.
• You must live within or around the following areas: Osu, La, Teshie, Nungua, Labone, Kokomlemle, Asylum Down, or nearby communities.
• You must be physically fit and ready to work in the field, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• You must be responsible, disciplined, and dependable, showing up on time and completing tasks without constant supervision.
• You must be willing to work on site and travel to client locations across Accra.

Added Advantage

• Being able to drive and possessing a valid driving licence will give you an advantage for selection.

Minimum Qualification

• A Senior High School (SHS) Certificate is acceptable for candidates with strong practical skills.
• Electrical training, apprenticeship, or technical certification will give you an added advantage.
