Job Duties

• Support flawless supplier launches while ensuring compliance with production approval process requirements consistently.
• Conduct supplier site evaluations supporting manufacturing readiness and quality performance improvement initiatives professionally.
• Monitor supplier production capacity while addressing manufacturing constraints and operational risk mitigation proactively.
• Drive supplier quality improvements using lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies effectively.
• Review manufacturing feasibility studies, process controls, and failure prevention documentation thoroughly and consistently.
• Support supplier process compliance regarding quality standards, tooling plans, and production requirements professionally.
• Coordinate supplier risk assessments supporting sourcing decisions and manufacturing quality assurance initiatives strategically.
• Resolve supplier-related quality concerns involving stop ship actions and manufacturing process improvement activities.
• Deliver supplier training while supporting manufacturing excellence and continuous operational development initiatives consistently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree within engineering or related technical disciplines professionally required for eligibility consideration.
• Strong experience within manufacturing processes and automotive component quality control operations successfully required.
• Proven understanding of quality systems, process controls, and manufacturing improvement methodologies professionally.
