• Support customer training sessions for mapping systems and cardiac ablation solutions.
• Act as a technical expert and regional representative for Medtronic clinical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Travel within assigned territories to support hospitals and healthcare facilities directly.
• Ensure consistent product education and technical support across clinical settings.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma with ten years of cardiac mapping experience or related field required.
• Associate degree with eight years of relevant electrophysiology experience also acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree with six years of cardiac mapping or clinical support experience required.
• Degree in nursing, cardiovascular science, or life sciences strongly preferred for candidates.
• Strong experience in electrophysiology labs, hospital environments, or cardiac catheter procedures required.
• Ability to deliver technical training and clinical education to healthcare professionals effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with clinical and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions and work flexible schedules required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements are essential.
