Job Duties

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Clinical Psychology courses through lectures, workgroups, and individual student supervision activities.

• Coordinate selected curriculum components while supporting academic administration and programme development responsibilities consistently.
• Conduct research focused on psychopathology, cognitive mechanisms, emotional processes, and evidence based treatment approaches successfully.

• Contribute actively toward securing external research funding supporting psychology research programme development initiatives effectively.

Job Requirements

• PhD qualification in Clinical Psychology or another closely related academic discipline successfully completed or nearly completed.
• Strong scientific productivity demonstrated through recent publications within recognised international peer reviewed academic journals.
• Experience teaching Clinical Psychology courses including psychopathology, interventions, or psychodiagnostic related subjects effectively.
• Ability to teach fluently in both Dutch and English within academic and professional educational environments successfully.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills supporting collaboration with students and academic colleagues consistently.
• Willingness to obtain Basic Teaching Qualification certification if not already completed successfully.
• Clinical registration or mental health care experience is strongly preferred, although not strictly required for appointment consideration.
