POSITION: Corporate Communications Analyst
AmaliTech is seeking a Corporate Communications Analyst to join our global team. If you possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in managing digital platforms, and the ability to work proactively and independently, this role offers the opportunity to manage internal and external newsletters, draft press releases, monitor app performance, and plan marketing projects for a technology services provider operating across Germany, the US, Ghana, and Rwanda.

Your Mission
You will take responsibility for overseeing and managing the content of AmaliTech’s company app, ensuring it serves as a reliable source of information and engagement for stakeholders. Your role includes drafting and distributing press releases, acting as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, managing internal and external newsletters, and developing high quality business content. Additionally, you will use analytics tools to monitor press activities and app performance, plan and implement marketing projects, and design initiatives to boost user engagement.

Your role spans app management, press relations, newsletter management, content creation, analytics, project implementation, and engagement initiatives. Here is what you will tackle:
Company App Management
- You will oversee and manage the content of AmaliTech’s company app, ensuring it remains a reliable source of information and engagement.
- Designing and implementing initiatives to boost user engagement across the app.
Press Relations
- You will draft, edit, and distribute press releases to communicate key company news and updates.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating responses and managing media requests to maintain a positive brand image.
Newsletter Management
- You will manage internal and external newsletters for AmaliTech, keeping employees and external audiences informed.
Content Creation
- You will develop high quality business content that aligns with corporate objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Then, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all written materials.
Analytics & Reporting
- You will utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on press activities and app performance.
- Also, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Projects
- You will plan and implement additional marketing projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Role
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- Experience in media relations and press management.
- Proficiency in managing digital platforms and applications.
- Expertise in content creation with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to work proactively and independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
