POSITION: Corporate Sales Executive

CompuGhana is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. If you possess strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control solutions, IT infrastructure, and smart automation, plus excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, this role offers the opportunity to drive new business, manage key accounts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will not simply take orders; you will generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, build long term relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your ability to understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions will directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for identifying and developing new corporate business opportunities. Your role includes generating leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales strategies, conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, understand client requirements, and recommend customized solutions across IT infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans business development, account management, solution consulting, and sales operations. Here is what you will tackle:

Business Development

  • You will identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
  • Generating leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Account Management

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Then, Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Also, Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long term partnerships.

Solution Consulting

  • You will provide expertise in IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, servers, and networking.
  • Covering CCTV and surveillance systems, access control and time attendance systems, and smart home and office automation solutions.
  • Coordinating with technical teams for solution design and implementation.

Sales Operations

  • You will prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms.
  • Following up on deliveries and payment processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Providing management with feedback on customer needs and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems.
  • Strong knowledge of access control solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of smart automation technologies.
