POSITION: Social Media Specialist

Faster Auto Parts Limited is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. We need a social media specialist with deep insights into the local used car market. As our Social Media Specialist, you will not simply post pictures; you will optimize hashtags, engage with communities, track metrics like reach and engagement, and continuously improve performance to convert online followers into qualified sales leads.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for managing and optimizing the company’s official social media handles including Facebook (Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. Your role includes taking high quality photos and shooting engaging short videos of available used vehicles, writing compelling captions to showcase vehicle conditions and features, driving organic traffic through hashtag optimization and community interaction, and monitoring key metrics to continuously improve performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans account management, content creation, lead generation, and performance tracking. Here is what you will tackle:

Account Management

• You will manage and optimize the company’s official social media handles including Facebook Marketplace and Groups, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ensuring consistent branding and timely responses across all platforms.

Content Creation

• You will take high quality photos and shoot engaging short videos of available used vehicles.
• Writing compelling captions that showcase vehicle conditions, features, and value.
• Using mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools like CapCut.

Lead Generation

• You will drive organic traffic and engagement through hashtag optimization, community interaction, and creative content.
• Then, Converting online followers into qualified sales leads for the sales team.

Performance Tracking

• You will monitor and analyze key metrics including reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates.
• Also, Continuously improving social media performance and conversion based on data.

What You Bring to the Role

Experience

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online lead generation.
• Experience in the automotive, e commerce, or trade industry is highly preferred.

Age & Mindset

• Under 30 years old, highly creative, tech savvy, and deeply familiar with current online trends in West Africa.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in mobile photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.

Education

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday.
