Your key responsibilities in your role as clinical care manager will be:

Candidates for this role should meet the following criteria:

Mandatory Registration: Must hold full registration as a nurse with AHPRA.
Experience: At least 5 years of postgraduate experience, including at least 3 years in a clinical care manager role or a similar role.
Clinical Governance: Comprehensive knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and aged care accreditation standards.
Risk Management: Detail-orientated and proactive in managing clinical risks.
