The Opportunity

We currently seek an experienced Auto Metal Mechanic to join our Takoradi operations. You will take charge of repairing and maintaining heavy duty vehicles and critical equipment. Think trucks, excavators, and loaders. Your hands will keep our industrial engine running smoothly.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in heavy duty vehicles with speed and accuracy.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication whenever structural repairs demand it.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to avoid costly breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate repair records for every service and fix.
• Follow safety standards rigorously to protect yourself and your team.

What You Bring to the Table

You must hold a relevant certificate or complete an apprenticeship in auto mechanics. Furthermore, prior experience as an auto mechanic matters greatly, especially if you have worked with heavy duty vehicles. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills are nonnegotiable. Above all, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
