Position: Principal
Location: Dambai, Oti Region, Ghana

Now Seeking an Exceptional Principal

We invite qualified visionaries to apply for this strategic leadership role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing bold strategic direction and academic leadership for the entire College.
Overseeing all academic, administrative, and financial operations with precision.
Driving the development and execution of high quality teaching and learning programmes.
Building and sustaining powerful relationships with staff, students, alumni, and community stakeholders.
Demonstrating unwavering diligence, strong organizational skills, and impeccable integrity.
Mobilizing grants, forging partnerships, and attracting funding for research and innovation.
Upholding and elevating the College’s reputation and values at every turn.

Who Should Apply

You must meet these nonnegotiable qualifications:

A distinguished scholar and master teacher with a Ph.D. in a relevant field.
A rank no lower than Associate Professor at a College of Education, university, or similar institution.
At least ten years of progressive teaching or research experience.
A minimum of five years in a senior management or leadership position.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage crises, and inspire confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment, fairness, and impartiality in decision making.
Deep knowledge of Ghana’s higher education landscape and educational policies.

Terms of Appointment

Age limit: You must not exceed 55 years at the time of application.
Compensation: Attractive salary and conditions comparable to similar roles in Ghana.
Tenure: Initial four year term, renewable only once based on outstanding performance.
