• Position: Sales Development Officer
• Location: Macheon (residents strongly preferred)

J IN G Corporate & Retreat Centre stands as one of Ghana’s emerging hospitality gems. We offer companies and groups a peaceful escape from the city’s noise. Think team building weekends, strategy retreats, and leadership offsites. However, none of that matters if the right people do not know we exist. That is where you come in.

Who We Need

We want an energetic, persuasive, and genuinely passionate sales person. You will not sit behind a desk making cold calls all day. Instead, you will connect with real people, understand their needs, and show them how our retreat centre solves their problems. Furthermore, you will enjoy performance incentives that reward your hustle directly.

Your Daily Mission

• Promote our services relentlessly. Spread the word about J IN G Corporate & Retreat Centre to local businesses, religious groups, professional associations, and event planners. Use word of mouth, social media, and face to face visits.
• Generate leads and secure bookings. Identify companies that need team retreats. Find groups looking for conference spaces. Then close the deal. Turn curious inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Build and maintain client relationships. Follow up after every event. Ask for feedback. Send season’s greetings. Remember client birthdays. Strong relationships produce repeat bookings and referrals.
• Support marketing and business development activities. Suggest new packages. Share customer insights with management. Help with open houses or promotional events. Your frontline perspective carries real weight.

What You Bring to the Table

You do not need a university degree. In fact, a Senior High School (SHS) Certificate qualifies you fully. However, you must demonstrate:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Speak clearly, listen actively, and adapt your tone to different personalities.
• Ability to market services and attract clients. You know how to start conversations, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
• Self motivation and results orientation. No one will chase you to make calls or visit prospects. You drive your own schedule.
• Previous sales experience as an advantage but not a requirement. We will train the right attitude.
