What You Will Own Every Day

This is not a desk job. You will move between the dining floor, the stockroom, and the office. Your decisions will直接影响 food quality, staff morale, and nightly revenue. Here is exactly what we expect you to lead:

• Manage daily operations plus purchasing. Order ingredients and supplies before we run low. Negotiate with vendors for the best prices. Check deliveries against invoices. Store everything properly to cut waste and protect margins.
• Handle sales and customer service personally. Greet guests, resolve complaints on the spot, and turn unhappy diners into loyal fans. Upsell specials and track which menu items fly off the line. Your presence on the floor will build repeat business.
• Supervise and develop the entire team. Schedule shifts fairly. Train new hires on portioning, plating, and cleanliness. Address performance issues immediately. Reward hard work with recognition. A motivated crew means smoother rushes and lower turnover.
• Prepare daily and weekly financial reports. Track cash flow, reconcile tills, and record every expense. Compare actual food costs against ideal targets. Flag unusual losses before they become problems. Then share clear numbers with ownership every seven days.

The Right Person Brings These Tools

You do not need a decade of experience. However, you must bring proven ability. Specifically:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Your critical thinking matters more than your major.
• Three or more years of restaurant management experience preferred. We will look closely at candidates with two years of strong assistant manager work.
• Proficiency with POS systems and digital record‑keeping. You should close out a shift’s sales in minutes, not hours.
• Ability to work independently. No one will stand behind you giving step by step orders. You own the building during your shift.
• Great customer service and communication skills. Deescalate angry guests with a smile. Explain a schedule change to a disappointed team member without defensiveness.
• Reliability and integrity. Count the safe honestly. Show up during bad weather. Follow food safety rules even when no one watches.
