POSITION: Operations Coordinator

What You Will Own Every Day

This position goes far beyond simple dispatching. You will coordinate transportation schedules, assign trucks and drivers, and monitor vehicle movement to guarantee timely delivery of goods. Furthermore, you will act as the central link between drivers, clients, warehouse teams, and management. When an operational issue arises, you will resolve it quickly. When a customer raises a concern, you will support a prompt solution.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing daily transport schedules while matching the right drivers and trucks to each load
• Tracking vehicle movement in real time to anticipate delays and reroute when necessary
• Maintaining complete fleet records including fuel usage, maintenance logs, vehicle documents, and licensing
• Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs to ensure maximum fleet readiness every morning
• Monitoring driver attendance, performance, and safety compliance with company policies and road regulations
• Preparing operational reports and transport documentation for management review
• Ensuring full compliance with local transport regulations and internal procedures

What You Bring to the Table

You do not need a decade of experience. However, you do need strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Additionally, effective communication matters because you will speak with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients throughout each day.
