POSITION: Operations Officer

Daily operations can drift into chaos without someone watching the workflow, tracking performance metrics, and fixing problems the moment they appear. That is exactly why Venus Plus Corporation seeks a sharp and proactive Operations Officer to join their Accra based team.

What You Will Own Every Day

You will not sit behind a desk shuffling papers. Instead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operational activities while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations. Furthermore, you will analyze workflow and processes to find efficiency improvements that save time and reduce costs.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate operational records so nothing gets lost or overlooked
• Communicating effectively with different departments to keep everyone aligned
• Supporting senior management in executing operational plans on schedule
• Resolving operational issues promptly and effectively before they escalate
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to track progress and identify gaps

What You Bring to the Table

You need an HND or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Additionally, you must bring at least two years of professional experience to this role. However, your qualifications alone will not carry you. Your organizational habits and problem solving mindset will determine your success.

Required skills and qualifications:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 2 or more years of professional experience in operations or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with proven problem solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate within a team
