• Greater Accra Region
• Central Region
• Eastern Region
• Volta Region
• Ashanti Region
• Western & Western North Region
• Bono, Ahafo & Bono East Region

Your Primary Mission

As a Field Sales Associate, your main responsibility is straightforward. Explain and sell BIMA’s products in approved areas. You will talk directly to potential and existing customers. Educate them. Answer their questions. Address their concerns. Then close the sale.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working knowledge of BIMA’s products and services quickly. Stay proactive and up to date with every change.
• Talk to a range of potential customers. Educate them about all aspects of BIMA’s offerings. Answer questions and overcome concerns. Then upsell further appropriate products to existing customers.
• Evaluate each customer’s needs. Match BIMA products and services to those needs. Build long lasting customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals. Do so while maintaining BIMA’s standards of professionalism, quality, and conduct. Wear the BIMA field uniform proudly when performing tasks.
• Use BIMA’s tools and systems accurately. Record every customer and transaction detail without fail.
• Provide the highest quality of service. Keep updated with the latest information regarding BIMA’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, expediting correction, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to the company’s business code of conduct. Follow corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements strictly.

What You Must Bring

• Education: Minimum SHS or WASSCE holder. No degree required.
• Experience: Prior experience in field work gives you an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team player mentality. Comfortable working autonomously. Rigorous and organized in your approach.
