Job Duties

• Architect, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters across cloud and on premises environments.
• Design multi tenant platforms with secure access controls, network policies, and resource management.
• Automate cluster installation, upgrades, scaling, and lifecycle operations using infrastructure automation tools.
• Support application teams by providing onboarding guidance, templates, and deployment best practices.
• Manage networking components including ingress controllers, routes, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement and maintain storage solutions for containerized workloads and persistent applications.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability.
• Strengthen platform security through image scanning, compliance controls, and secret management.
• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies, backups, and system restoration procedures.
• Perform cluster upgrades while minimizing disruption to production workloads.
• Optimize workload performance, resource utilization, and platform scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of experience managing production container platforms.
• Minimum three years of hands on experience with Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture, networking, operators, and access controls.
• Advanced Linux administration skills including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Understanding of container security practices and software supply chain protection.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
