Job Duties

Job Requirements

• Hold an active Epic Willow Certification.

• Maintain strong knowledge of workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Understand technical documentation and system configuration requirements.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively within fast paced environments.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
