POSITION: Ho Operations Manager

MENZ-KOBBS LIMITED COMPANY is seeking a Ho Operations Manager to supervise operations in the Volta Region, drive business growth, and manage brand initiatives. Your Mission

You will take responsibility for supervising service machines at designated locations, ensuring they operate efficiently and generate revenue. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports on operational status and sales, verifying bank deposits and books to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans machine supervision, site prospecting, due diligence, and reporting. Here is what you will tackle:

Machine Supervision

• You will supervise service machines at designated locations, checking functionality, stock levels, and revenue collection.
• Addressing minor technical issues or escalating to maintenance teams.

Site Prospecting

• You will identify new hotspots where service machines could generate strong revenue.
• Conducting due diligence on potential sites, evaluating foot traffic, competition, and operating costs.

Reporting

• You will prepare detailed reports on operational status and sales, including verification of bank deposits and books.
• Ensuring every transaction matches recorded revenue and depositing cash promptly.
