Job Duties

• Lead full programme lifecycle delivery from initiation through business as usual transition.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, budgets, dependency tracking, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross functional workstreams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas business operations.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation actions across technology and operational teams.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements from traders and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex foreign exchange product requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and define solutions that support measurable business outcomes.
• Lead user acceptance testing planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder approvals.
• Produce business documentation including process flows, requirements, and training materials.
• Manage risk registers and maintain delivery accountability throughout programme execution.
• Present progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience combining project management and business analysis within capital markets.
• Proven success delivering complex programmes across multiple countries and business functions.
• Deep understanding of foreign exchange products including spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes supporting physical settlement of precious metals.
• Experience managing regulatory and compliance requirements across international jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and programme governance principles.
• Proficiency with project tools including JIRA, Confluence, and business analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence capabilities across senior environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms is considered highly desirable.
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance or related disciplines offers additional advantage.
