Job Duties

• Perform cell based, biochemical, and phenotypic assays including ELISA, qPCR, and flow cytometry.
• Support in vitro safety testing including cytotoxicity, irritation, and sensitization screening.
• Conduct ex vivo human skin studies including tissue handling and sample preparation.
• Assist with IVPT and diffusion experiments including sample collection and analysis coordination.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures including primary and immortalized cell lines.
• Optimize laboratory protocols to improve reproducibility, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, documentation, and experimental traceability records.
• Prepare SOPs, ELN entries, and structured experimental reports for scientific review.
• Analyze experimental data and assist with figure preparation for research presentations.
• Identify experimental issues and support troubleshooting and protocol refinement.
• Ensure laboratory compliance with safety standards and proper use of protective equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, bioengineering, chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of laboratory experience in cell biology or molecular biology research.
• Strong experience with functional assays such as ELISA, qPCR, and cytokine profiling.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture including primary cells and established cell lines.
• Knowledge of molecular biology techniques including cloning, PCR, and gene expression analysis.
• Experience with assay documentation using ELNs and standardized laboratory protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously.
