POSITION: Production Supervisor

Cardinal Namdini Mining Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate shift operations with mine contractors, ensuring safety compliance, protocol adherence, and production target achievement. Contractor Collaboration

Resource Management

• You will coordinate with contractors to effectively manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials within budgetary constraints.

Reporting

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Certifications

• A BSc in Mining Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• A Minerals Commission Foreman or Mine Captain Certificate of Competency.

Experience

• A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in mining operations focused on contractor management.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in mining equipment.
• Experience with large scale open pit hard rock mining.

• In depth knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Well developed oral and written communication skills.
